Led by a registered energy rater
Efficient Habitat is led by Michael Drage, Director and Registered Energy Rater, ABSA 101610. Michael sets and oversees the firm’s technical standards, and every assessment we issue is certified under his accreditation. With a strong background in building design, project leadership and prefabricated construction systems, Michael is committed to reshaping how homes are delivered in Australia. His focus is simple: homes that perform beautifully, are financially responsible, and stand the test of time.

Supporting Michael is a dedicated team of energy assessors and modellers who carry out the detailed thermal modelling and documentation behind every project.
